BC Family French Camp has a limited number of bursaries available based on financial need. For details, please contact Vancouver Island Registrar at vireg@bcffc.com. The BCFFC registration applications can be completed online only. There will be no forms mailed out. You will need to complete and submit your registration application here and then follow the Payment and Mailing Instructions below to complete the registration process. We're sorry but the Vancouver Island camp is no longer accepting applications for summer 2010. Applications already received for Vancouver Island are still being processed. If you did apply for Vancouver Island, please be patient as we work through all of the applications received.
If you are interested in attending BCFFC this year, please check out our fantastic Gwillim Lake camp as they are still accepting applications for summer 2010. Updated information on our summer 2011 camps will be available here in December. Payment and Mailing InstructionsMail the following three items directly to the Vancouver Island Registrar at the mailing address below. Your registration application will not be processed until all three items are received. NSF cheques will result in a $30 charge.
Do not mail these with your payment and CPF information — bring them with you to camp!
NOTE: Personal Health Forms and Consent, Assumption of Risks, and Release Forms MUST be handed in to the Camp Registrar or Camp Manager on arrival at the campground. You will not have access to your site until this is done. You need to print and complete one copy of the Personal Health Form for each child attending a BCFFC program and one Consent, Assumption of Risks, and Release Form per family. If you are bringing a child from another family with you, you will also need separate Health and Consent, Assumption of Risks, and Release Forms for that child, signed by a parent of the child. These forms are available on our Downloads page. Mailing AddressBCFFC Vancouver Island Registrar Cancellation PolicyPlease note the BCFFC cancellation policy. The following policy applies to all applicants that have been confirmed to camp including confirmed applications for guest children. No cancellation administration fees are charged to families who are on a waitlist or do not have a confirmed spot in a BCFFC camp.
